Cancellation POLICY

Donation Refund Policy

  • AMOGH Foundation takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, AMOGH Foundation will respond to the donor within 10 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor.
  • The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction.
  • The donor will have to send the AMOGH Foundation a written request for a refund within 3 days of making the donation to the Foundation’s official address or email – info@amoghfoundation.com along with payment receipt and details necessary for initiating refund.
  • In case the tax exemption certificate has been already issued; we will unfortunately, not be able to refund the donation.

The decision of board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and binding on the donor.

Data Retention

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

Other Disclosures

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
